Not prepared to go extra mile

I was in the store to have a shirt printed for my husband who is in Canada, I bought a shirt and took it with as my husband is 5xl, I asked them if they would print it for me and was told that they only print their own shirts. When I asked if they had my husbands size they said no they only go up to a 3xl. They refused to print the shirt even though they don't carry that size and I was still willing to pay their normal price. I did not even ask for a discount for taking in my own shirt. Spoke to client services manageress who was supposed to come back to me, never heard from her. I leave Wednesday, disgusted.
