No Response or help from Clientcare

Hi

I have struggled for 2days to place a order online and my account has been blocked.

I want to use the promotion of January2018.

I fear I am not gonna be able to use it seeing as I have been struggling for such a long time….

Yesterday I have sent a email and also asked for help on the chat line but nobody assisted me and I'm still waiting.

Still no assistance unblocking my account as I never received the link to reset my account
