No order after 10 working days

<p>We ordered a 40cm x 6cm canvas on December 5th.<br />We were told it would be ready within 7 days.<br />My wife went to collect it yesterday (19th December - 10 Working days later) and no one knew anything. The lady at collection desk said it is totally unnacceptable and assured her that it would be ready today.<br />I have been phoning Q-Photo throughout the whole day and unable to get through. After 5 minutes, someone picks up and just puts the phone down.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is absolutely no service a Q-Photo. How is this acceptable from Q-Photo?</p> <p>We will definitely never go back to Q-Photo ever again and will also tell everyone we know not to even bother with them. Totally useless. <br /><br />It's sad, because we used to get such great service. But those days are long gone.</p>
