No callback service

I just wish that someone would call me back like they keep promising to. I have spoken to 3 off the staff there, of which 1 is the branch manager. They all have promised to phone me back but to no avail. I am trying to resolve a problem with a canvas that I ordered but no-one phones you back. Very disappointed.
