Missing Photos - Bad Service

I printed photos at the Parkview branch. Some photos were missing, I requested that they print the 2 photos that were missing, but they refuse to print the pictures for me to collect. Apparently that is their policy? I was also not notified when my photos were ready, as I was told would happen "within an hour". Would rather support small printing businesses from now on where you actually get what you paid for.
