INEXCUSABLE SERVICE

Inexcusable service, have been dealing with QPhoto (Waterkloof Corner Pretoria) since 19 June 2015 just to get 7 photos printed. <br> <br> Delays no feedback, I kept having to follow them up. Eventually had to leave Gauteng and ended incurring extra costs for photos to be couriered. Only to discover that I was over charged by almost 80% on 08 July 2015. <br> <br> I have been trying to get a refund ever since and every week I'm promised that it will on Wednesday of the next week since 08 July 2015. Now their Manager Barry Smith is not available on the phone for one reason on the other, I am told he is a meeting or not answering his phone. There are all sorts of excuses including load shedding but no attempt made to remedy the situation.
