Incorrect passport photos

4 days after taking passport photos at Qphoto in Parkview Pretoria I went to home affairs to apply. However home affairs told me the photos were not up to standard for passport application. Consequently I had to drive to the nearest photo lab to retake photos. This small photo lab was well aware of the required standards. So why then is a reputable business such as Qphoto unaware of the standards? Qphoto wasted my time and money!!
