Empty Promises on top of not providing what I paid for in store yesterday.

I paid R220.00 for US Visa application photos just to get home and the size is not correct.

I phone when they opened and spoke to Milie - Not helpfull and when she transferred me to a manager cut me off. So I phoned again and spoke to Marichelle who also said I must send an email.

I did an now the picture are gone and nobody know where to find them!

Emmanuel who is the manager also seems to not be available since they opened this morning.

I want my money back - R220.00 and the problem fixed after Marichelle promised an hour and also said she didn't phone me back because I wont be happy with the feedback.
