exceptional poor service

Handed in 2 films to be developed. When I go to collect the photos (after giving them more time than agreed upon to finish with the photos) and waiting very long for any service, they can't find my photos (wedding photos) and then after searching a while they tell me the machine broke and I must try some time next week. I will never use this store's services again and will advise anyone likewise.
