Enjoy my photos, Daniel.

I’ve been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks. After asking them to directly speak to Aramex (because the customer service at QPhoto had no intention to follow up with them) I found out yesterday that my family photos were delivered to the wrong address to a guy called Daniel. I still haven’t received any follow ups or updates from QPhoto. I also still don’t have my photos but someone else does. Extremely disappointed. I’m pretty sure no one wants pictures of their children and parents to float around. QPhoto has made no effort to follow up with me and I will never use or recommend their services again to anyone.

PS: If a company uses Aramex, I recommend to reconsider.
