Don't make use of the online order system

I would advise that you don't order online. The service is horrible and they don't try their best to get in contact with you should anything be wrong.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I now followed up and they said they have sent me emails, I have not received it. They didn't bother to phone me when they realized that there is no response. I am really upset about this.
