Dissappointed - Not meeting me Halfway

Dear Q-Photo<br> As a HUGE fan who recently discovered how AWESOME it is to create photo albums with your stunning software and simply sending it online with EFT payment AND receiving it in a week's time, I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED FOR BEING SHUSHED TODAY :-(<br> I was in such high spirits after my second book, that I purchased another two specials, which are online vouchers for two photo albums thinking I will be able to design my books in time and use them. Upon realizing two days prior to expiry that I am not going to be able to make the deadline, I emailed Jason to ask what he suggests, if he can assist me with my dilemma. (I have also been out of the country and was unable to design). He simply did not respond, thus my phone call this morning. He simply just said he cannot help me if I did not use them in time! I understand EXPIRY, I just don't understand why you had to sound like I am wasting your time! I was SO ENTHUSIASTIC about all my photo album projects, I would have gladly accepted your answer if you truly sounded like you feel sorry for me and sounded like you might want to help me or see what you can do for me? Who am I going to ask to print my photo albums now???<br> <br>
