Couldn't print visa photographs in 2 hours

Went to have visa photographs taken. Took photographs, took our money. We wait. We wait. One hour later we are told they have too much other printing to do. We should come and pick the photographs up tomorrow. Are these people for real? Eventually the manager comes out and spins a totally different story. Eventually we were told they would do us a big favour and print the photographs just before close of store (7PM). We decided to take our money back. Absurd, disgraceful lack of service.
