Call centre services.

Terrible call centre service, guy really rude and unhelpful. Had a simple yes/no question about is there services available to look at the photobook and just verify if my pictures quality would be fine as I already created the book and the photo's meet the minimum requirements but doesn't look good on the website. I just wanted to know if such service is available then I would visit the shop. He didn't even know if they offered such services, told me its my responsibility to figure out but no help on how to do so. Thanks hey.
