Bad Attitude and Misleading
I ordered a Birthday book on Q-photo on the 21st May 2015. I then called Q-photo *** and asked an estimated date that the delivery will be made. i was told by the 25th or 26th.<br> <br> I called today again, and was informed that the book will only be delivered by the 1st June! and they cannot fast track because they are too busy.<br> <br> Thank you for misleading me and spoiling the surprise gift that was suppose to be given on the 29th May.

You ordered a photographic layflat photo book which takes 7 working days to print, this does not include delivery.
Unfortunately you did not state what product you ordered when you called in, our client care assumed that your order was our standard photo book which is a 5 working day lead time, we apologise for the confusion from our side.
Your order will be finished on the 29th and then it will be couriered to you.
The lead times for all our products are available on our website.
