Anniversary Gift Ruined - Excuses All Over
On the 1st April I went to Q-Photo to print two T-Shirt for an Anniversary present. I arranged for a delivery and as expected I was charged on it. They asked me to deliver during the weekend, and I said I won't be around during the Easter Holidays and asked them to deliver to on Tuesday (7th April).

Today around midday I called their store, and like always the phone rang for minutes before somebody picks up. Quinton said he'll follow-up, but no response. When I called back around 14:30 Emmanuel said it was only sent to dispatch today. I told him because they were unable to deliver on the agreed date I therefore want a refund on my delivery charge. He said he'll ask and get back to me.

I called again and spoke again to Quinton who was unapologetic about not doing anything that he said he would, said they will deliver on the 8th and that I should come in-store for my refund. And to think, that what started this whole thing was me avoiding going back to that store.

Now tonight I don't have a gift to show for my anniversary. How romantic is that?!

Thank you Q-Photo
Thank you for taking the time to write to us, we appreciate the feedback.
Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience, this is most certainly not the service you should expect from Q-Photo.
I will investigate this and come back to you.
