40% Discount advert False
<p>The advert on the web says 40% discount for prints. When ordering normal jumbo prints, dont think you will get that 40% as a default. You need to apply for that or they must give you a voucher that you should capture. If you cannot get hold of someone to get the voucher details then you will not get the 40% discount. I regard this as FALSE ADVERTISING.</p>

You do not need to apply for it but you do need to use it during ordering. Just as you would use a discount voucher at a retailer, you need to redeem it to receive the discount, the same applies to our promotions. Regards Sheray

Q-Photo has different promotional campaigns running at the same time and for this reason we have promotional vouchers because our entire product range pricing cannot be adjusted for every promotion this will make the running of promotions not financially viable thus to enable us to provide these fabulous prices we link voucher codes to certain selected customer groups. This is a world wide industry standard. In future when you do place an order and the price is not what is expected, please call us before making a payment.
