I demand my money back

I booked with booking.com for this Q ON WESTFORD my check-in was on on Sunday 15 sept 2024 and check-out Monday 16 sept 2024.I couldn't make it in those days I called them. They gave us another date which is Saturday 28 sept 2024 check-out Sunday 29 sept 2024.We get there ring the bell and the was someone who was sitting near the sliding doors inside. He stood up and closed The curtains. We then started to call Adrian as he is the one to call.he was not picking the call for 30 minutes then he comes back to us through a call. I tell him we are at the gate. He said he suspects me and my booking. so he is cancelling my booking right there.we left had to find our way to KFC near spar for our safety. Then he called around 6 pm to tell me that I didn't come to check-in.I was so shocked to be left in the rain.
