Worst service

Worst service from Qno More. Application and payment was made on 27 October. Feedback I received yesterday was that "the application is still with the agent at the department". If I knew the waiting period would be this long, I would've just renewed it myself, but I already paid. So utterly dissapointing as I urgently need the license. Always had great service in the past, so I was definitely not expecting this kind of service if you pay a service fee.
