Worst customer experience of my life!!!

<p>This company is beyond pathetic and I will advise anybody who is thinking of using them to rather use FNB license renewal or another channel. I ended up paying far more than I should have just to have my license renewed. I got no feedback and had to keep following up to see what is happening with my license. It seems they forgot about my license at one stage and eventually delivered it to the wrong address. I would have loved proof of why I needed to pay a total of R1080 for my license but I'd rather let it go and not have to ever deal with this company again. Just be sure that I will warn everyone against you. This was totally unacceptable and judging from your Hello Peter track record 90% of your clients are unsatisfied with your service.</p>
