I've used them to renew my license disk in 2018 and 2019, and the service was ok. This year, the service was just terrible. I submitted the request to renew my wife's vehicle license through their site. Except for the automated response, that was about the only communication we could get out of them. Phone calls, emails, whatsapp - nothing. Several weeks later they let us know that it was being delivered... and then two weeks after that it was delivered.

I wanted to do a transfer of ownership, but again, no feedback on calls, emails, and sites. When you send them an email there is an automated response with a list of email addresses that you should use - and I've sent emails to all of them with no response. Ultimately I had to go queue at the traffic dept office for almost 3 hours.

Just don't bother.... there are other options.
