Useless service from Q No More

I contacted PostNet to renew my car license while I was out of the province during lockdown, unaware that they process the requests through Qno More. The initial lead time I was told was 7-10 days, but after almost 2 months of following up and getting either no response or some far-fetched excuse (one was that the batch of licenses for that day were lost), I ended up having to get an affidavit to be able to get my car home with an expired license and eventually sort out my license renewal myself. I have now asked Q No More for a refund of the 'service' fee, to which their response was that they are working on getting my license.... Absolutely useless!!
