Unacceptable service

Really annoyed and frustrated with the service I've received from this company. Please assess other options before using them. Ive already paid R705 for a license renewal on my vehicle on the 28th September 2020. Its been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my license. ive emailed them twice with no response, ive called numerous times where the line cuts and says they busy, and when ive eventually gotten through, Clarence has no idea what is going on and Allison says she.ll call me back with feedback and thats never happened. If I dont get my license soon , they better refund me or a lawyers letter is going to be produced. Unacceptable.
