Stop with the automated, inaccurate sms'es during the early morning! (And answer your phones!)

Sending out automated messages with incorrect information alleging licenses have expired (when they haven't) during the early hours of the morning. Unable to reach telephonically. Can't recall if / when we ever used their service but certainly not in the last 12 months so why these have started suddenly I'm not sure. Different number generating message every time so I can't block.
