STAY AWAY!

SHOCKED! at the service received by this company!! I ordered my license on 17 February 2020. Exactly one month later (17 March 2020) I received another invoice to pay for my license. When I told them this has already been paid and i've been waiting a month for it to arrive already, they rep**** with a proof of payment email and said my application would be processed shortly. So for one whole month, the application hadn't even been started!!

We then went into lockdown, and understandably they weren't able to do anything. On the 20 May 2020 I emailed again to follow up, by now offices were well open again! I was told that it takes longer because Durban is an outlying area! (yet another excuse)!! Another month goes by - 11 June 2020 - still nothing so I follow up again and get an automated response to my mail saying we will get back to you soon. Another MONTH goes by with no contacts or response. I mail them again to find out what's happening (13 July 2020). Alison rep**** to my mail THREAD asking for my quote number (didn't even know which case it was). I eventually got a phone call saying that the traffic department needs an updated proof of residence, seems like another excuse to delay but I send through proof. A week goes by with no response to my mail (clearly they didn't need that proof) I mail again to follow up and I then get an email saying "that at the time of application i did advise that there was a backlog due to COVID-19" however my application was put forward well before lockdown! 2 months before in fact!! At this point I have received 2 fines for my expired license!

I eventually asked for refund so I could go and sort it out myself - One week later still nothing so I mail again and FINALLY get a refund. I was about to go and sort out my license on my own when I got a call from Alison saying that SOMEHOW they didn't cancel my application and they now have my license!! All of sudden! With that email I got a new invoice that went from R787 to R1344?? I have asked for copies of the invoice from the traffic department as to why the cost has increased. I'm almost sure it's a late fee penalty that they haven't mentioned. I now have no choice but to pay them as they have my license!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Not even sure how this company is still in business!
