Qnomore takes payment and then no response & no license

I have paid for the renewal of my license. I then received an email regarding an infringement. As advised I contacted Qnomore a day after receiving their email, but for 2 weeks now I have been trying daily to contact them and receive no response. The phone line keeps busy, I receive no response from all my emails (sent to different email addresses at Qnomore). Even their online contact platform is not working. Are you ever going to respond Qnomore? if not please return my money.
