QNoMore - rather do it yourself

I have used QNo More for quite a few years and how disapointing are they now ! I sent in my paperwork on the 3rd of Dec and still waiting for my disc .. email after email to Nikita and Francois - what a waste of time !!! I have now asked for a refund and guess what ... no refund stil waiting. In the meantime my car in unlicenced - What a pathetic bunch of people !!! I will NEVER use them again or recommend them. Shocking !!!!!!
