Qnomore involved in potential data theft

Qnomore refuses to provide information how they link ID numbers to vehicles. They somehow have access to this confidential data but refuse to provide any details how they obtained this data.

I contacted managers and even the owner Sean van Zyl but nobody ever gets back to me and nobody can tell me how they access this information.
