Appled and paid on 25 September for a 30 September renewal. Only presented for payment on the 25th and rejected for a fine I was unaware of. No call regarding the fine to sort it out. At the same time I have asked for proof of application in case I am stopped - no reply. Called - told to speak to Allison Triml - supposedly the lady with the answers and been cut off 5 times this morning. Now I see the other post today. Money Back please!!!!
