Qno More unfeeling unhelpful and useless

Dealing with this company is fraught with issues. A widow I know has been trying to get a car registration for ages now. They always have an excuse, never return calls, and are refusing to give her a refund. This trauma on top of loosing her husband! What an unfeeling Company. As you are not supplying the disc then give back her money. An immediate refund should happen now without any more hurt for her from you. I’m disgusted!
