Qno More - false promises

After multiple attempts to get my car license disk renewed through the Municipal office, I went online to Qno More and paid for a new disk (including the late penalties that were now due, due to the failed attempts at the Municipal office). Now 12 days later, and I still don't have my disk. I emailed querying - no response - so I called them yesterday 19/03/21. I was told that "the agent" (I thought they were the agent?) had my disk, but there some delays in getting them out - but that they would email me same day (yesterday) with a copy of the disk in the mean time ... and that "the agent" would also contact regarding delivery. Again no response...
