QNM3787 - Q No More - Allison not providing proper service

License renewal done and paid through Q No More. Allison from Q No More is giving me the run around as according to them the parcel was sent on 12 November via the courier. The courier claims that the tracking number does not exist. Allison not answering calls or emails and to date no sign of the parcel delivery.
