Q No More should be changed to Wait forever

I went to a Postnet in Bellville more that a month ago and was informed that they make use of the services of Q No More, the name Q No More must be changed to Wait Forever. I have send mails, made calls to Postnet but I'm still waiting for my car license. If you are in a hurry rather go and stand in the queue or make use of another company. Really bad service and no communication what so ever on what the progress is...
