Q no more provides **** service- DO NOT USE THEM

Service was great before they received my money, promised to keep me updated, once i paid them i received an email stating that i have an outstanding fine and my licence disc could not be re-newed, i said its fine i will sort it out. they should refund my R610, and that was 4 days ago. i am still waiting for some kind of response and all i get is "Kindly be made aware that your refund was sent to accounts on Friday. Please be aware that there are company processes in place and I am awaiting accounts.

what ******* company is this and how long does it take to do a refund or is it 1 stupid lady doing everything. i demand my money back or you will get a call from my lawyer
