Q No More - don't offer services you can't complete

No good ... they send you a mail, you pay and the licence disk doesn't arrive. Then when you call, they say they don't do the area they sent you the mail on?? and then tell you they did send another mail confirming this?/ End result, car licence is not renewed, but you've paid and are unaware they they have not renewed ... and then it's easy to say ... waiting for your account to do the refund unprofessional, not a service I would recommend
