Q No More: Do not use their services to renew your car licence disk

The most terrible service I've received from a third party. I renewed my car license disk at PostNet Olivewood and they make use of Q No More's services. After realizing that the amount I paid was way too high than normal, I enquired why. Apparently there was an issue on Q No More's side where they penalized me incorrectly as my license disk expired during lockdown. After numerous phone calls and emails sent to a Lindy and Nikita at Q No More, there has been abo****e radio silence and I have not yet received my refund. It has been three weeks since I logged this query. I would not recommend using their services AT ALL..
