Pathetic/NO service from Q No more

The worst service I ever experienced. I used Q No More the past few years and received good service. This year I reacted on their renewal reminder and supp**** all the outstanding documents and payments by 14 September 2020. Since then it is an ongoing nightmare. Allison is absolutely of no help, the telephone seldom gets answered and e-mail ignored. Both vehicles licenses expired 30 Sept 20 and I am getting nowhere. Please help. The service is shocking!!!!!!
