NO Services - Q No More
We have been dealing with Q No More regarding the renewal of a Car License.( Allison Treml )
Besides not returning calls orresponding to emails , They received DOUBLE payment and have not sent the License Disc as promised The last excuse for no refund of DOUBLE payment was that they FIRST have to collect the new Disc before they are able to do a refund ....does this make sense to ANYONE ????
Do NOT deal with this company !!!!!

Sorry to hear we did not live up to expectation. No excuses for not getting back to you, however we are dealing with unusual volumes and big backlogs from the departments. I have tried to contact you a number of times. Unfortunately we have to have processes in place for refunds. Regards
