No service!

I booked 3 licenses through this company, I’ve recieved mails to say the one has arrived but we needed to pay more. We paid the additional amount and still no license has been delivered! I’ve sent NUMEROUS mails with NO RESPONSE!!! The other 2 cars I booked came back with an issue because one of my other cars was registered in Durban and we now have an issue collecting the other 2 cars discs. I was told on Tuesday by Nikita that she would get back to me by Thursday the latest, I heard nothing! I requested a refund and heard nothing!

In other words they’ve taken my money for 3 discs and refuse to cooperate or answer emails/phones.

I’ve used his company for a few years now and the service has never been quite this shocking! I will never use them again!

There are many other license renewal companies so do yourself a favour and AVOID QNOMORE!!!!
