No delivery and no feedback for 8 months!!

8 months!! I still can’t get an answer from the most *********** business unit I’ve ever had to deal with. Paid in March, they never submitted, then they did after a 100 follow ups, then the courier lost it apparently but it’s all just a smoke and mirrors. They refuse to give the manager’s number, his secretary makes n million promises and then a week later just refers your stuff back to the agent that can’t get anything done to start off with. Paid the other vehicle’s licence, which still shows on their system that it is outstanding for 2020, yet is was Qnomore that delivered that licence!!! No I paid a fine for nothing which I’m going to claim through legal action. We are all *******ly driving on the roads now due to this lack of service and urgency.
