Lack of response

Due to horrible service and lack of response - my company now has 2 vehicles impounded by police!!! Thats after payment was made on 12-03-2020!!!

I have sent various mails to various people, to try and sort out this issue i have! AND NOTHING! They just dont get back to you! Rather just send you an automated response.
