*********** and lack of service delivery!!

Almost a full month since I made payment, keep having to follow up just on a license renewal, informed them that I need it done before the 20th, now I must pay again for a roadworthy because of incompetence and lack of professionalism!! this company must rather close doors as they are costing me money, instead of them saving me money as their slogan says!!
