Extremely terrible service

Payed for renewal and fines via their online portal months ago and they still haven’t delivered anything. Whenever I try to receive feedback via email they just send me the same automated response. When trying to contact via phone the person helping me is extremely rude and abrupt telling me that there is constantly a backlog. I regularly receive emails regarding outstanding fines that have already been payed. Have also received an email notifying me that my license renewal is coming up even though I’m still waiting for the previous license disk.
