I'm very disappointed in the company... I paid my fines through them on the 28th September... I called them on the 5th of October to find out what's happening because I'm still seeing unpaid fines in my name... They told me there was a delay at the department but they would have made the payment Friday the 16th..today I have been calling and calling but the phone doesn't go through.. I still have no feedback.. I can't renew my disc cos of these fines... I don't know I just want my money back I'll go myself because 3 weeks of non communication from them is not appealing at all and right now I feel de*****ed by them

17 Oct 2020, 11:40HI Kedibone. You selected to have your fines discounted not to pay the full amount, there is a process and does not take a day or 2. The minimum wait is 21 working day's. If you want us to pay in full you can pay in the balance and we will pay it immediately.

Seeing as there are new terms of use you recently thought of informing me of, can I request you refund my money so that I can go pay the full price where I'm fully aware of the terms.
