Bad service - License disk

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I have app**** for my car license 3 weeks ago and i am still waiting for it. I ahve dealt with Lisa and ALison and both of these ladies have not been useful aor gotten back to me.</p> <p>I never get feedback form these people and i constantly need to make contact with them . I have paid an amount of almost R600 and i am still waiting for my disk. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman, i would advise that people do not use this service. Rather go and stand in a long queue. They are a bunch of rip-offs and *******.</p>
