Absolutely no service at all!

And still I wait... I've received one phone call in the two months I have been waiting for this license disc. That phone call was full of empty promises. Promises they will get back to me. Promises that I they will keep me posted. That was two weeks ago. This is utterly useless service. And that's all I am asking for. Service. Regular updates. I pay you people to give me a service and I am getting nothing right now! Do something about it. This is disgusting. Where is the communication? Where is the client centricity ?
