Absolutely Horrible

An absolute horrible experience. Stay away!! To start with, the online payments from the website was a nightmare and I eventually had to call Q No More to explain the situation. Luckily they found my payment and "started" the process. Three weeks later, still nothing. Calling their office number ALWAYS has terrible reception and different people answering the phone every time. Whoever answers tries to be the rudest or most unfriendliest (probably some kind of competition among them in the office???) None of these people can find my application on their system. Trying to get a call back with an update takes days of multiple calls and requests with different excuses every time. They are always "busy" and the application is "in progress" and should be done during the week. Surprise surprise, a week later, still nothing and no returned calls.

For a company that provides these kind of services and advertising on the radio, it is shocking service and actually just makes things worse. So much easier to just put a mask on and go queue at the post office to get your vehicle licenses. I will be getting the license disks myself and cancelling this application at Q No More. But alas, the fight to get my refund will be another horrible experience that will be dragged out for days to come.
