Need urgent help

They requested test before adding me to the list but now I'm struggling alone to get this accounts paid, eveytime it has a storie between the providers and the medical aid the arrears is about R20 000 all together. Its so strange that companies keep on telling you to pay but no one wants to do their job correctly they just want the salary while I myself a kidney patient that had a stroke must go around struggling to move trying to get this sorted out with no help and lots of stories
