Just close my account

I requested Yesplay to deactivate my account. I made 3 deposits and never won any money to make a witdrawal and I have proof of deposits and no money paid into my account from Yesplay. Now Yesplay wants me to take a selfie of myself holding my ID to my face to close my account which makes no sense! It feels as if Yesplay is taking it personal - not being professional about it. I was honest to notify Yesplay that I had already received my 100% joining up bonus because I received a sms again to claim 100% joining up bonus to activate my account. Close my account - don't want to use your platform. If left open Yesplay will not be receiving more money from me anyway.
