Endless deposit issues and keeping my money

Made 2 deposits this morning. only one has reflected. They can see both deposits were made on their systems i have also sent proof of payment to them and they keep coming with stories saying they still waiting for documentation for the payments. Stay away from these guys they love grabbing your money if not with their horrible RNG slots then they keep your deposits too.
